Words with Jam is the rather unlikely title of a newish online writers magazine featuring well known names in the world of writing including Lorraine Mace and now me!

The current edition contains my 'The Good Samaritan' my 21st century version of the famous parable.

My articles online at Issuu

I have compiled my own anthologies of published work and uploaded to Issuu - which permits readers to view online with neat page turning software and other clever functions.

My Walks and Parks articles have had over 470 readers with 2650+ page views on the Issuu site. I have now updated it to include some other more recent articles.

Unfortunately when you upload a new document all the viewing counters are reset - so the new document is now online with 0 views!

Camping with Wolves

No this is not another of my walking adventures but a friends - she decided to follow the route of Laurie Lee in his 1930s tale of 'As I Walked Out One Midsummer Morning' a really charming story of how a young lad left England and walked through Spain just before the start of the Civil War.

Heinke Pauly (Member of Torrevieja Writers Circle) decided to see how the same route would pan out in the 21st century - the answer is in - 'Camping with Wolves' a truly delighful, humourous and informative book of her experiences dealing with the Spanish people and weather and more - with her trusty ally Misty Blue.

Wordplay

Wordplay is a new group of writers across all genres who meet monthly in the Torrevieja (Alicante) area.

Amongst the range of the groups activities is a monthly competition - and I was a joint winner with my short story - 'Olga's Dream' the prize was a free breakfast which I generously passed over to a more hungry member.

My story is published in the group's monthly Ezine (along with some other pieces of mine) which is available free to any and everyone - just leave a comment if you would like me to send you a copy.

The group's all new and exciting web site will be online soon with the option for any writer to become a member.
