As previously threatened - I made my live radio debut yesterday afternoon - guesting on Ken Scott's Countdown Cafe show. We talked football - gave the topical John Terry issue a good airing and reported on the football events of the day (great win Saints!)
I really enjoyed myself - perhaps I have missed my vocation! Look out radio land....
Back to normal business - February The Inland Magazine has hit the street and my
'Saga Louts in Benidorm' - Part 1 of my Benidorm articles appears on Pages 2-3
'Dream Team Bios' - The TIM Blog contributors appear on Pg 10
'Play Your Cards Right' - The UK ID card scheme my article Pg 20

Writers Bureau - Chapter and Verse
I have been the editing the Writers Bureau student E-zine, 'Chapter and Verse' for the last year and produced 4 editions.
They have been well received and hopefully have helped to establish fledgling writers to move on with their writing careers.
It has been an interesting and enjoyable experience to be sat in the editor's chair - the other side of the table so to speak.
But, as per the original agreement, I have now moved aside to allow another person to have the experience of sitting in the hot seat.
Today I have completed the 4th edition which will soon be posted onto the WB students forum site - only accessible to WB students and tutors.
IF you are looking for a writing course - WB have many attractive options across all writing genres - see their site.

Cameo Appearance on a New Media!
Ken Scott, one of my TIM Blog Dream Team, has started his own radio show on a local radio station which I listened to yesterday. It is a mix of football chat and music.
For me this is a perfect way to spend a Saturday afternoon - as the scores come in and the drama unfolds Ken tells us how the score predictions are working out.
He also runs a football based competition - yesterday I sent in my entry and was on the (very) short list of 2 possible winners - but the 'computer' selected Jane so I was robbed! But I did get a few 'name checks'
And so were my team - 0-0 at 90 mins, we scored in injury time but so did they. Come on you Saints get it sorted.
I am awaiting my invitation to be a guest on the show - media career here I come..........

I Got a Review
Last September the anthology of Expats work was published under the title of:
'Courting the Bull'
My story 'Mediterranean Lady Seeks A Friend' was included.
Today I came across this review - the writer wishing it had been a longer story!
Read it here - From Barcelona
